Fit-Up Roll
The WEBB Fit-Up Roll permits easy fit-up of two or more thin walled, large diameter shells that are otherwise difficult to align because of their non-rigidity. Tracking is done directly above one of the two pipe rollers, assuring proper alignment at all points around the circumference as shell is rotated.

CCT40 Turning Roll

The WEBB Corporation’s V-Rail Track System is designed to meet the needs of welding applications that require precise alignment and quick leveling. When a set of WEBB turning rolls are used on the V-Rail Track System, operators can easily and safely adjust the position of the turning rolls while maintaining a consistent level alignment. The WEBB Corporation can modify most of our standard turning rolls to be compatible with the V-Rail Track System.
