The CCT30-16 is a medium-duty turning roll designed with cost-effectiveness in mind. It features a constant centerline and a two-wheel drive system. Each set of wheels is powered by its own gear motor, eliminating the need for drive shafts and enabling operators to easily adjust the centerline while maintaining its centerline to the base and/or automatic welding equipment.
Additionally, the CCT30-16 is equipped with a variable speed drive, a forward-reverse-stop switch, a rapid advance feature, and a potentiometer pendant that is mounted on a 23-foot pendant cable. Longer cable lengths are also available, along with an option for wireless pendant control.
